The Bathurst Golf Centre offers the latest in golf gear - everything from golf balls, right up to the most modern equipment on the market.  Matt Barrett our 'AAA' rated PGA Professional and his team offers a full range of golfing clothes and shoes as well as golfing accessories to suit all tastes.  Prices and services are very competitive.

A full repair workshop is also available.  The Golf Centre can regrip and reshaft your clubs on site and restore your old and new clubs as required.

Everybody is welcome at Bathurst Golf Club.  Established in 1894 the golf course is a true test of golf with excellent greens.  Golf professional Matt Barrett is a highly regarded coach and keen to see you on our course.  Top it off with lunch or dinner at Pantano's Authentic Italian Restaurant.

Come and enjoy the 'Best Gig in Town' at Bathurst Harness Racing Meetings.  Held at Bathurst Showground with the use of public bar, tote and bookmakers.  Restaurant and takeaway meals available.  Functions, venues and sponsorship opportunities are always available.  Racing most Wednesday nights during the year.

The numerous playing and players' facilities, professional and friendly staff and well-organised competitions ensure an ideal social and sporting environment. The ambition of the BISS is to provide a positive social sporting experience to all teams, regardless of their ability and experience, (competitive or social) by providing a coordinated enhanced sport and recreation delivery service.

The BISS is owned and operated by the Bathurst Regional Council, as part of their commitment to community service and maintains the facility ensuring access to the local community. At present, the Council runs three competitions (Multi-sports, Volleyball, and Netball) with hiring to schools, sporting associations and private recreation companies completing the current BISS court hire timetable.

Take a joy flight any weekend or public holiday.  Cost is $130.00 for a 20 minute flight.  Simply turn up at the field and we will do our best to arrange a flight, or for 100% certainty call ahead to organise flight time.

Bathurst's main water supply is Ben Chifley Dam. Currently the dam is open for all water activities, and monitoring is undertaken on a regular basis.  The public recreational area nearest the dam wall including the main boat ramp will be closed and locked at 9.00pm during daylight savings and at 6.00pm during winter and will re-open at 7.30am each morning.  The area adjacent to the cabins will remain open.
Camping is not permitted at this stage.
