Bathurst Visitor Information Centre coordinates a home hire and home hosting program for periods when commercial accommodation is unavailable. Local home owners either rent their homes or take in guests on a bed and breakfast basis.
Home hire accommodation includes:
- Full use of a private home and all its facilities for the length of your stay
- Bed linen, towels and household needs
- Continental breakfast provisions for each day
Home host accommodation includes:
- Use of a bedroom in a private home
- Full cooked breakfast each day
- Bed linen and bath towels
Each home is inspected by the staff of the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre and all homes accepted into the accommodation scheme have met the standards set down at the time of assessment.
