The Bathurst region is a part of the Film Central NSW group, which is an initiative of the Central West Regional Organisation of Council (CENTROC). The 16 Local Government Areas (Councils) forming this group provides the potential film makers with an array of locations from red dusty paddocks and heritage towns to large water expanses of Lake Burrendong, easily accessible river frontages and picturesque wine areas. To secure film projects in our region, members of the Film Committee will:
  • Provide direct, immediate responses to location enquiries, and
  • Provide direct and efficient services to Council resources through the supply of one on one contact to ensure a successful production.
