Location and Directions

The Bathurst Migrant Camp was situated on the site now known as ‘Rossmore Park'. At the entrance is a memorial dedicated to the people who began their lives in Australia at the camp. You can see clumps of concrete footings and rubble as you drive into the property, marking the sites of some original huts. This is all that remains of the Migrant Camp today.
