Stone Pine Distillery, situated on the edge of Bathurst, is one of the few boutique distilleries in New South Wales and produces an array of handcrafted spirits and liqueurs across three distinct
produce ranges:  The Native Range utilises Australian native ingredients and comprises Dry Gin, Wild Lime Vodka and Wild Limecello.  The Classic Range incudes Rum, Apple Schnapps and Grappa, and the Seasonal Range, which utilises seasonal ingredients, is every-changing.
